About Amanda
Amanda is a Vice President at Bullhound Capital, where she invests in transformative technologies and supports founders in scaling emerging innovation globally. She brings deep experience across venture capital, strategy, and cross-border collaboration, and works with governments and institutions to build and strengthen venture ecosystems.
Prior to joining Bullhound Capital, Amanda served as Associate Director of Investments at 500 Global, where she led strategic initiatives, early-stage investments, and fund structuring. During her time there, she oversaw fund operations, supported companies across sectors and stages, and contributed to the development of new investment vehicles.
Before transitioning into venture capital, Amanda practiced law at an international firm, specialising in financial services, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. She regularly advised financial institutions and fintech companies on fund formation, as well as the structuring and offering of financial and non-financial products. She also supported the listing of CMC REIT (HKEX: 1053) amongst other projects.
Amanda holds an LLB in Law from the University of London and an LLM in International Business Law from King’s College London.
