Headway Inc, a leading consumer EdTech company, has reached 150 million downloads across more than 170 countries, with flagship apps like Headway, Impulse, and Nibble consistently ranking at the top of global app stores. Delivering personalised microlearning through book summaries, brain games, and social learning, the platform blends AI-powered personalisation with user-centric design to support lifelong learning. In recognition of its global impact, Headway Inc was named a Top 4 company on TIME’s World’s Top EdTech Companies 2025 list, underscoring its leadership in educational technology. As part of its international expansion, the company has opened a new hub in Madrid to drive innovation and tap into regional AI talent.

Bullhound Capital invested through Fund VI, which also includes late-stage ventures such as Q-CTRL, LeoLabs, EcoVadis, CoverManager, Mentimeter, Multiverse Computing, Sanity, and Sesame HR. By strategically investing in the AI-led software revolution, Bullhound Capital focuses on the sustained growth of software by backing category leaders in the later stages of venture.

The investment was made with the support of the LFF 2 initiative, a collaboration between the Société Nationale de Crédit et d’Investissement (SNCI) and the European Investment Fund (EIF). The initiative aims to diversify the Luxembourg economy by enhancing financing for innovative companies, further strengthening Bullhound Capital’s commitment to scaling transformational businesses across Europe and beyond.
